The 5th annual Earth Day 5k and Alumni Run will be held on Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 at 10am. The start and finish area is located on the WWU campus track. If you have any questions feel free to email us at: contact@wwuearthday5k.org. To register click here.
This event is open to everyone and anyone. The scenic course goes through out Western's campus and by each of the major sculptures.
New for 2012, Free Kids Dash. One lap around the track, so bring on the kids.
Event Day Schedule
- 8:30-9:45am: Pre-registration bib pick up, and day of race registration
- 9:45am: Kids Dash (1\4 mile)
- 10:00am: Start of 5k run and walk.
- 10:45am: Post race tree giveaway, prizes, and snack.
